Fees (Pricing)
We charge fees to cover third-party costs (e.g., blockchain network fees, cash partner fees) and to operate the service. All applicable fees are shown in the app before you confirm a transaction.
1) Crypto withdrawals (from the app)
- Withdrawal fee: a service fee that may include (or sit alongside) theblockchain network fee required to broadcast your transaction.
- The network fee can change based on network congestion and the selected network.
2) Cash in / cash out (if enabled)
- Cash deposits/withdrawals may involve acash partner fee and/or aservice fee.
- The exact fee and limits depend on the cash partner, location and method, and are shown before you confirm.
3) Crypto-to-crypto swaps
- Swaps include a swap fee and may include a spread (difference between buy/sell quotes reflecting market and liquidity conditions).
- The final quote (rate, fees, total) is displayed before confirmation. Executed swaps are typically final (see Refund Policy).
4) Other possible charges (if applicable)
- Minimum fees / limits: some transactions may have minimum fees or minimum amounts.
- Third-party charges: your wallet provider, bank, or card issuer may charge additional fees outside Plumex.

withdrawing 100 USDT on Network X: withdrawal fee = [x], estimated network fee = [y], total fees = [x+y].
Example: swapping 0.05 ETH to USDT: quote rate includes spread; swap fee = [x]; total received = [y].
